The main bedroom comprises of a double divan bed with temper mattress, Air-con, Safe, Ceiling fan and there is plenty of storage room in both bedrooms. From the main bedroom there is a Patio leading to the balcony which over looks the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and ceiling fan. The upstairs bathroom comprises of wash basin, toilet and bath with closed off shower unit.The living room has a leather 3 seater sofa, table with 4 chairs, Glass Cabinet, 25inch TV. DVD player, Air-Con, Ceiling Fan and Coffee Table. The kitchen has Fridge/Freezer, Cooker, Washing Machine, Kettle and all utensils including Cups, Plates and Glasses. The closed in Gallery has cupboards fitted around the walls. Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin are in the down stairs bathroom.
All windows and doors have Grills and Fly Screens fitted. The front porch is closed-in with lockable glass sliding doors. The front garden with a patio area is an ideal place to catch the early morning sun. Parking is available out side the front or to the side of the property.
