room and a double bed settee in lounge area. Satellite TV, Digital
safe. Well equipped kitchen including microwave. There is a raised
patio area with a table and six chairs. Large tiled garden area
with parking facility. All bedding and towels are provided. A
shared pool is 50 meters at the end of the street

Gran Alacant is only a seven minute drive
from Alicante airport but not on the flight path and it has
something for everyone. The apartment is well situated with
views to the mountains and Carabasi beach is a 30 minute walk.
Just a short stroll away is the new Gran Alacant Centro
Commercial which has a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and
supermarket.

In the opposite direction is the beautiful city of Alicante with the
Santa Barbara Castle, old and new architecture and the esplanade
which runs parallel to the seafront. At night the Santa Cruz area
of the old city really comes alive. Torrivieja is just 40mins south
west and 45mins north east is Benidorm with many interesting towns
in between all with good weekly markets, beaches, beautiful coast
lines and so much to offer for all tastes. Inland you find the palm
tree lined Elche or Altea which has medieval cobbles streets,
picture book old quarter and a palm-fringed seafront esplanade. If
golf is your thing there are 7 courses with a 30min drive.

sailing & power boat tuition or book a short trip to various
