| The Alborada is a two bed roomed town house with a balcony to the master bedroom . The property will sleep 4 people max. Complete with a fully fitted kitchen. To the front is a patio. Lounge: Living and dining areas C/W TV, DVD & HI FI, plus games for the kids Kitchen: Hob, oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron & board, washing machine, microwave. Master bedroom: 1 double bed + large wardrobe + balcony Second bedroom: 2 single beds + wardrobe Bathrooms: The 1st floor bathroom has a full bathroom suite & on the ground floor there is a hand basin and toilet. Please no smoking with-in the house Available for rent to couples & Families only. As this house is privately owned we ask you to take care of it & it's contents for the duration of your stay. Property should be kept locked when empty. Any loss or damage to contents or property must be replaced / repaired or paid for. |

Booking: A deposit of £50 per week is requested when advance bookings are made. Advance bookings must be paid for 5 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings taken less than 5 weeks before the holiday start must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Clients are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 p.m., and to vacate the house by 12 p.m. This will ensure that the cleaning service can make the house ready for the following let. Security deposit of £100 will be added to the total rental charge. The security deposit will normally be refunded within 14 days of the booking period ending. No refunds for cancellation of booking. Before departure:- All windows/doors to be closed/locked, blinds down & services switched off.
