Alborada is a 2 bedroom house, facing the communal swimming pool,
Gran Alacant / Monte y Mar

The Alborada is a two bed roomed town house with a balcony to the master bedroom . The property will sleep 4 people max. Complete with a fully fitted kitchen.
To the front is a patio.

Please no smoking with-in the house

Available for rent to couples & families only.

As this house is privately owned we ask you to take care of it & it's contents for the duration of your stay. Property should be kept locked when empty. Any loss or damage to contents or property must be replaced / repaired or paid for.

Booking: A deposit of £50.00 per booking is requested when advance bookings are made. Advance bookings must be paid for 5 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings taken less than 5 weeks before the holiday start must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Clients are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 p.m., and to vacate the house by 12 p.m. This will ensure that the cleaning service can make the house ready for the following let.

Security: A deposit of £100 will be added to the total rental charge. The security deposit is normally refunded within 14 days of the booking period ending.

No refunds for cancellation of booking.

Before departure:- All windows/doors to be closed/locked, blinds down & services switched off.
