Master bedroom: 1 double bed + large wardrobe + balcony Second bedroom: 2 single beds + wardrobe Bathrooms: The 1st floor bathroom has a full bathroom suite & on the ground floor there is a hand basin and toilet. |

Available for rent to couples & families only. As this house is privately owned we ask you to take care of it & it's contents for the duration of your stay. Property should be kept locked when empty. Any loss or damage to contents or property must be replaced / repaired or paid for.
Booking: A deposit of £100.00
per booking is requested when advance bookings are made. Advance bookings must be paid for 5 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings taken less than 5 weeks before the holiday start must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Clients are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 p.m., and to vacate the house by 12 p.m. This will ensure that the cleaning service can make the house ready for the following let.
